    this had better be a joke. do not implement this whatever the cost, because:

    * guest calls into stream
    * guest says/does something against TOS
    * streamer gets banned in 5 seconds without being able to control it

    this is how you get your biggest money-making streamers banned overnight. think about that, Twitch. you're going to lose money if that happens. you like money, right? then scrap this feature and pretend it never happened, please.

    We apply IP bans in Chat based on users' Moderation actions in certain cases. We don't currently plan to publicize the logic we use because we think it would make it easier for bad actors to bypass the restriction.
