We recently announced the upcoming launch of the Twitch Discovery Feed: a scrollable feed in the Twitch app that shows users a personalized mix of Clips.
Before that launch happens, we’ll be running experiments with limited versions of the Discovery Feed to help test and improve our algorithms plus the overall experience. These early experiments do not reflect the final design or experience of the Discovery Feed.
We'd love to hear your feedback and suggestions on how to improve this experience as we build towards the bigger launch. Feedback can be left via https://link.twitch.tv/UVDiscoveryFeed - thank you!

We’re planning to add support for custom Stinger transitions in the near future.

I think to keep it from doxxing anybody or being potentially doxxing (doxxing would be required to call 911 on someone's behalf) - I'm going to try to picture it with a lot of grace for what you're saying.
I think the best possible option would be something an emergency button that people could use that would notify all the mods for that channel, but can't be spammed. I love where the heart of this idea is but I also know that there will be people who abuse it, likely in a Venn diagram with people who SWAT streamers. So I think if it was a 1 use at a time with a big cool down thing you could opt into/out of having on your channel at any time, that would send a push notification or something to all of your moderators, something that is not hard to find/notice for the people getting sent them. That notification would either be a generic "Emergency notice: You moderate for soandso and an emergency mode activation has been triggered at [time stamp of when people used the button or whatever]" or customized text by the streamer, "Hey mods, it's soandso - I set up emergency mode to notify all of you if emergency mode was activated in case I have a seizure on stream. Please contact my partner" or something, ya know? I wouldn't necessarily give my emergency information, contact info, address, whatever to all my mods but they do all know who my partner is and who at least 1 of my roommates are, and can reach them via Discord and stuff, then THEY could come check on me or call 911 or whatever. That might be the safest way to implement it. I know that I have some medical issues and I'm trying to figure out a good way to trigger it so that one of my mods/editors could activate that would change my scene for me or would remove my webcam and mic or something. Without having to physically be at my computer, I'd love for them to be able to help if I'm having an emergency in those kinds of ways so that it's not on stream at the least.
So yeah, if there was an OPT IN only setting where you could trigger something that would send a time stamped notification to your mods so that at least one of them can try to reach someone who knows how to check on you or can call 911 for you and know the right info without doxxing you to anyone would be really helpful. I think it'd mostly be useful if it can't be spammed, it doesn't actually give out anyone's information it just gets the right trusted people's attention, and maybe if it put up like an "emergency mode" thing over the stream for non-mods or something so that everyone isn't just... watching and nobody can do anything about it. IDK.
