Dropped in to say I was gifted a sub to a channel I'm sure I've never watched and won't watch--and I feel kinda gross about it. I was glad I could find a spot to at least cancel it from showing up places, but there should really be a step where I accept the gift or not.
Mostly, I don't think it should be okay for someone to use my name in affiliation with a streamer without my permission. I don't know this streamer, and I don't particularly care to be used as a money laundering vehicle. It's gross!

Yeah, in particular, as Twitch partners heavily with Extra Life, can we get an EL icon?
Would it be a problem to pull favicons in general?

Just to provide some clarity – we actually already handle the timezone translation for both streamer and viewer, so viewers should be able to see exactly when you’re going live in their timezone. We realize it’s tricky because we don’t have any messaging that explains this, so we will be working to get that added.

I know there's the published policy that we should leave comments with extension developers about being able to disable them, but I think OP's case is more than enough to justify having an in-Twitch way of dealing with this.
It's ridiculous to, say, be paying for Twitch Turbo, and to have to close the stupid prime benefits box on basically every stream I open. I want control of my viewing experience. Some of these extensions even scroll away from the video on load. (I think it's the Stream Stickers one, but it might be the Featured Viewer one.) It's one thing to be pestered to engage in a way I don't feel like engaging, but a completely more absurd thing to have THE ACTUAL STREAM scrolled away to get my attention. You shouldn't be a fan of that as a platform either. As a viewer, I'm there TO VIEW. Pretty simple. I get this all makes you money other ways, but--again--I'm a Turbo customer. I paid to avoid this ****.
