<https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/eventsub/eventsub-subscription-types#extensionbits_transactioncreate> can just be extended to allow a condition of `broadcaster_user_id` if you already have the `bits:read` scope. So you can do custom alerts for ANY extension on someone's channel, so they broadcaster can thank users on extensions for transactions that aren't always obvious.

How is this not on FireTV. Amazon owns both the streaming device and streaming platform. FireTV should be like first with all the new features and it’s so lack luster

I do think there should be some sort of vetting process for certain endpoints for trusted apps. Like the partner program for developers. Partner streamers get elevated access to features automatically like emote approvals until they are misused. Once a developer is “approved” they can get elevated access to certain endpoints like this one or maybe new future endpoints too.

The extra calls needed to just grab the total are timing out my serverless cloud functions when ran on channels with big user lists. I am trying to sort a channels followers by their own follows, since I can't batch up requests, it is taking a long time to call all the API calls.
