I rather like @MidnightSighs' suggestion of an "hours watched" Badge. This in itself should be an Idea submitted to Twitch User Voice.
It could function similarly to Bits Badges - in that you unlock new ones at certain milestones (but in Hours Watched instead of Bits Cheered). I think this might be really nice though as a separate Badge reward, rather than a replacement for Weekly Rewards: as I believe part of the intention of Weekly Rewards was to reward more casual viewers who still show their support somewhat regularly - hence the lower thresholds for progress/rewards. I think having rewards for such Viewers is very important, and shouldn't just be replaced with rewards that will mainly feel properly rewarding for more hardcore Viewers. That said, there should honestly be rewards for both.
Hours Watched is also much more approachable as no Streaks that can be broken need to be involved, no way to lose progress, and you can "grow the Badge" (so to speak) in your own time with no deadlines. An Hours Watched Badge system could be of just Live Hours Watched, or it could include time spent watching VODs/Clips - in order to be more inclusive and understanding of Viewers' time.As for how I feel about the current Weekly Rewards:
I posted my feedback in the earlier post "Weekly Rewards improvements" Feedback Idea that can be found here:

(Sorry I couldn't post this sooner. I also wasn't sure that where I posted it was the right place, so am also posting this here.) I wanted to give some feedback still regarding the July 2026 Blossom Weekly Rewards Badge. I was part of both test groups: the Blossom and the Bloom Weekly Rewards. Unlike with the Bloom Badge test, throughout the Blossom Badge test I did not get ANY progress tracking, nor did I see any of the banners that I saw during the previous Bloom Badge test that told me of the Badge and/or how to get the Badge. Banners saying that a VOD or Clip was eligible did not appear on any VODs or Clips. The only reason I even found out that I could get the Badge was through a lucky accident. One of the Streamers I watched happened to Stream 3 days in a row, of which I caught all 3 Streams, which counted (I know from the previous test and this test that that doesn't always happen) and the only reason I know any of this (as again no progress trackers alerted me of anything) is because I also happened to change my Badge on that exact Channel at that time and saw a new little sprout Badge. If I had not been in the previous test group I still would have had no idea what it was from or how any of it worked. Thankfully I was, so I started paying extra attention. I tested it on multiple Channels. There were many times when I watched 3 Streams/Clips/VODs on 3 separate days in a week but it did not count. When this happened, because there wasn't a progress tracker, I had no idea which of the 3 -or how many of the 3- did not count. Sometimes it took quite a lot of trial and error on my part throughout the entire week to make progress on the Badge before it reset at the end of the week.
I hope this feedback is helpful and not posted too late.An error occurred while saving the comment

It feels so odd, as testers of a new feature, that this is the place (Twitch User Voice) -the only place- to give feedback about our experiences testing the feature.... this place feels so dead. Not just user-wise, but staff-wise too... and no wonder (at least on the users' part) as earlier I lost all my tabs and actually had trouble finding my way back here. There wasn't a very obvious way to get back here.

I too was in the testing group and also have feedback I'd like to share:
In the official Twitch FAQ (https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/weekly-rewards) for Weekly Rewards there are these 2 statements:
* "All Channel Points and badges you earn during the event are yours to keep."
* "Do I keep all versions of the badge as I upgrade? No. Each new badge upgrade replaces the previous version. You'll only have the latest version of the badge for that channel."
These two statements contradict each other - as the first statement states that you get ALL BadgeS (plural) that you've earned, and then the following statement says you do NOT get to keep them all, only the latest one. So at the least this should be worded a bit better. At best, however, I would greatly suggest rethinking overriding the previous Badge with the next level's Badge - as viewers who like a lower reward tier will feel pressured to NOT watch until the Weekly Rewards period is over in order to keep their favorite Badge. People may stop signing in, or feel stuck between missing out on fun streams and keeping up their Watch Streaks on favorite Channels because they like a lower tier Weekly Reward Badge more than the highest. This seems rather counter to the whole idea. Also the FAQ page states "Weekly Rewards runs until June 7, 2026 at 4:59 PM PT" but on Channel pages, when tapping/clicking for more information, it states "Event ends on June 15".
I have, as the original poster has stated, also found it a bit confusing regarding reset timing and progress. There were times when progress seemed stuck and then after signing in another time it would suddenly be fixed, and once or twice it did not seem to register progress on a new day on one Channel, but did on the other Channels - even though I had watched the Channel where it did not register progress in between the ones where it did register (so it wasn't because I was too late or early for the day). (Also, after the first week it did not update for me after Sunday at all, on any Channel, for the whole of that second week.)
Other than the above, I've had a really positive experience with Weekly Rewards. I really like the idea as a whole, and it's great that you can gain these rewards from enjoying Twitch in any way: live Streams, VODs, and Clips! Because of it I have found myself visiting Channels I haven't visited in a while, and as for the Channels I already frequent - it feels really nice to be rewarded and acknowledged as such!

I'm sorry you felt left out. I'm sure a lot of people felt this way. (I know, for example, that in one household one person ended up in the testing batch, but others in that same household did not.) There are times when Twitch needs to test new features on smaller batches of individuals - rather than everyone all at once. These Badges rewarded those who essentially were "guinea-pigs" (test subjects) for testing this possible new feature. (By the looks of some of the Feedback given - there were bugs that had to be endured as well by testers, as is often the case with new features still being tested and worked out.)
You may be able to earn your own Weekly Rewards Badge now or some time soon, as new Weekly Rewards Badges have been found to be added to Twitch, this time with a new batch of testers (so those who got the earlier Badge will likely not be able to get this one). It is again a flower that starts as a sprout and grows with the levels, though it is a blue flower this time. I am unsure when exactly this will start to become available, it looks like that may be around now and ends July 26, 2026 (see: https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/weekly-rewards ).
Please note: I am NOT Twitch Staff or anyone "in the know".Good Luck fellow Badge hunter!

Having a way to sort all games by Low-to-High viewer count, as the original poster suggests, would be extremely handy. Not just for finding new Streamers to watch, but it would also be helpful information for Streamers looking for a game that isn't already being played by a ton of other Streamers.
In general regarding Low-to-High viewer count filters:
**Please bring this feature (back) to all areas of Browsing Twitch!**
I use this very feature to find new Streamers to follow. To be clear: I used the Low-to-High Viewer Count filter on February 17th, 2026 and today again June 4th, 2026 to find new Streamers to watch/follow. This filter is still there (for me), but ONLY if I go to Browse Streamers of a specific game. Under, for example, Just Chatting that feature is missing and has been gone for years!
Please bring it back to all areas of Browse Twitch.
I have always used the Low-to-High filter as I want to try and find new Streamers: not even necessarily just new to Streaming, but new to me - all of Twitch is oversaturated with trying to get you to click on all the already big and well known ones, but it's surprisingly hard to browse new Streamers. If it were easier, I'd do it more regularly.Twitch Staff so often speaks on how they want to increase discoverability for Streamers -> did they only mean Streamers that have a good following already? How is deleting the only filter that has been of any help regarding finding low viewer Streamers a good idea? If anything MORE filters need to be added to make browsing Twitch less of a nightmare.... not fewer!
Apparently Twitch felt that it made it too easy for scammers/spammers to find new Streamers who might be more susceptible to scams... so they got rid of it. THAT is what MORE discoverability does: it makes new Streamers easier to find - and yes that comes with both the good and the bad as always on the internet (and life in general). Making new Streamers less findable is not the way to help new Streamers!

I agree, please re-add this filter to Just Chatting!
