   It is very annoying that when another moderator adds a blocked term, a message is posted in chat saying "<mod> used /add_blocked_term <term>", but the command is not actually real. Please make it a real command so I do not have to find blocked terms in the UI every time.

   Additionally, it would be awesome if adding blocked terms was exposed to helix so I can add blocked terms from Chatterino as well.
