Hi, I know that this is a very late response, but we’re hoping to find time to address this issue later this year. There are a few steps we’ll have to take to solve this problem in a way that will work for all streamers, but we understand the severity of the issue.

We’re happy to announce that we have released an additional update to address these concerns. Streamers can now prevent their banned users from watching their livestreams. You can find and turn on this feature in the Moderation settings section of the Creator Dashboard, through the “Stop banned users from viewing stream” toggle.
Please note, this update 1). does not prevent users from watching livestreams from an incognito window or while logged out and 2). does not prevent users from viewing VODs, clips or highlights. We plan to explore extending the functionality of bans further, including but not limited to preventing VOD and clip playback.
In addition, we’ve made an update so that users that are blocked will now automatically be blocked from watching a streamer’s livestreams.
We will leave this thread open for your other points regarding preventing view of other content types and account creation.

@cowgirlcasanova13 if you the viewer has seen the streamer do or say something you're able to report them, as long as you've never said anything in chat to trigger them because of harassment then there isn't a problem. If you said something as the viewer and it occurs in you getting banned, then thats a you as a viewer problem. This option that twitch has added was one of the best things added. If you don't like it then thats because you don't understand how the Internet works and how people want to stay safe.

@cowgirlcasanova13 the idea is hene of the best that twitch has offered, if sharing a stream is so important to you just get the url like any other person and share it. The other options that you have provided being not being able to chat, well the user is banned how are they going to chat?? Since you're mentioning supporting the streamer, the streamer banned them for a reason. Heck, I have this setting ticked on because it's so useful.
Another Twitch W, just gotta remove all sexual themes from the site and all is great!Thank you Twitch!

Being LGBTQIA+ or being mentally ill (ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD etc.) and getting reported because of having a disability or being different is super disappointing, Twitch should improve this part of their tos as well, thats so sad..
(note: I'm not using 'mentally ill' as a threat or anything, being I myself have AuDHD, GAD, MDD, and PTSD.)

I have no idea why theres a minor spamming copy pasta, however StartGame88 and Gamer90 have constructive W takes, please twitch fix your tos and protect the children bypassing your age restrictions by making burner accounts to watch this horrendous content. Thank you!

It should be self explanatory to not have your character model show any sort of nudity or sexual themes, the Vtuber/VRchat character model is an extension of the streamer, aka you are that anime character, you become the equivalent of people that use webcam and stream themselves showing nudity and would be considered the same thing.

Twitch already removed "artistic nudity" however I feel like more moderating needs to be done, strip teases, pole dancing, TWERKING? really??
Twitch, I know you can fix this, you've already fixed the "artistic nudity" part however there are still inappropriate matters that still need to be addressed.
Please continue to moderate and update your tos, there are people that are calling the removal of "artistic nudity" as an L. L for Loss, as if something that was so good was taken away from them, that behavior is also inappropriate, theres two people that are spam copy pasting the same thing over the UserVoice 'forums' being derogatory about how people saying "think about the kids" isn't about the kids but the person thats reporting it, this is false. Most likely the person thats copypasting that is a minor themself and is trying to abuse the system to get you (twitch) to bring back this cursed tos (previous, the one that started this whole mess) to return back, please do not let them gaslight you. Thank you.

@cutepuppys99 nicely done, let's just hope twitch does the right thing again in regards to the other uservoice suggestions as they did great with this one!
