This has been an ongoing issue for years. They will never fix it. They claim that people are not PROPERLY sitting in your stream. I have personally seen that my son, partner, and daughter are all PROPERLY in my stream, and still only 1 person is counted. This is called "blocking your path to affiliation". Without getting affiliated, you cannot give fun stuff to your audience to REALLY build a community.

Mine shows I have 0 followers, whereas I have had more than 80 for about a year and a half. That thing is broken. This is because Twitch is about keeping us from making money to keep the money for themselves, just like YouTube.

You're talking into empty air. I have written about this over and over again, and the fact that there is no way to be in the chat without seeing my stream, so having 12 people in the channel, but counting only one as in the stream is cheating us.
However, if it comes out that Twitch/Amazon are cheating people out of their revenues, people fill flip-out. And they are cheating people out of their money. If you have 1000 people showing in your stream, who will count how many are actually in your channel?
Twitch counts on that, and tells us little streamers to shut-up. They claim these people are in our chat, but not our stream, yet you cannot be in the chat without being in the stream.
These big streamers below, who are placating you are being cheated by Twitch, but don't want to realize it.

I see no way to turn this off. The snapping feature is junk. I don't have palsey. I can place it myself where I want it to be, but not with that snapping feature. So, how do I turn it off?? I've looked through the settings and find nothing. Holding CRTL or ALT while moving it also does not work.
EDIT: My ENGLISH Twitch studio has up at the top where the magnet is:
ALT UMSCHALT S.Please do NOT use the IP address to force a random language on me. What's completely mental is that EVERYTHING else is in English. Only that one feature has German in it. Seriously???
You should be able to ban them, and block them.
