   Hey! Just want to mention that streamers currently have the option to restrict chat to people that have verified with and email and phone or just one or the other.

   So it is an option for the streamer to allow people with a verified email but not phone to be able to chat, they just need to set it up that way.

   Agreed! It is quite frustrating that in order to use that feature well I need to be using a tall screen and that prevents me from viewing that entire module on a lot of devices.
