More like, I want Twitch to feature a streamer who has streamed consistently for a long time with no spotlight that deserves one. You got a good point.

We are happy to announce that we have released an update that addresses some of these points.
Channel Banned users will no longer be able to view the chat, and they will also be removed from your Chat list. There is an issue that has caused us to pause this temporarily, but we expect a fix to be out very soon – stay tuned to the Twitter thread below for the update.
Additionally, if you Block a user, they will not be able to subscribe or follow, and Blocking them will automatically unfollow them.

I will leave this topic open for your points about being unable to fully view the remaining content of a channel, and account creation.

This is totally a great idea, but I consider calling this "getting stream banned" like Twitch should have a streamban button. I believe ya dude.
Tons of PS4 and XB1 integrated Streamers complain and feel bad that when they have to switch games, the stream will go offline. This idea would make sure that once a streamer who uses the PS4 and/or the XB1 App to broadcast switches games, it will keep the screen in the "blue shapes" or "green environment" mode of casting UNTIL they go to a different game, where a different game will be streamed OR go to the "Stop Broadcast" button, where it would intentionally end the stream. However, when they switch games, they would have to go to their dashboard and change the title to show what game is being played. This kind of plan supports all starting streamers when they want to switch games so that their stream does not go offline because some people wanna try out marathons yet this disconnection ruins the marathon whatsoever. We need to help streamers overcome this issue.
