Twitch has been very inconsistent about moderation of butt and dumpy style emotes. They are allowed in some channels and banned in others. It's time to get a clear policy on this. The emotes are generally extremely harmless and meant as a joke/for fun. Most of the banned ones do not deserve to be.

You can in fact un-feature clips without deleting them. Go into your clips manager (Creator Dashboard > Content > Clips), find and select the clip that is currently featured and a button called "Unfeature Selected" will appearon the top of the list, allowing you to un-feature a clip.
