An option could be to work with OBS for an implementation there. It would be easier for OBS to detect if you're at the computer or not since it knows where your webcam is located and can hear your microphone output separately from the rest of the audio.

This would be really great! Could be next to the "react" button or even replace it once that gets phased out.
I don't fully agree with having a 1-5 scoring system though, that could be very stressful for the streamer if users fill in low scores but don't give you any constructive feedback.
What I'd like to see is a easily spotted button that takes you to a feedback box where you can fill in feedback and send it anonymously to the streamer. Twitch would be able to see who sent it so they can moderate it but the streamer wouldn't know who sent it.
