5. If channel editors can delete VODS they should also be able to delete CLIPS

   Let the possibility to channel editor to delete clip. Lot of clip are the for the wrong reason. When we saw a bad clip we have to tell the channel owner to delete it, it's supid because we have the possibility to delete a complete VOD be not a clip :(
