There is no benefit to going against a decades long convention of putting the titles and interactive features below the video content. The video player is what we're there for, it should be as high up on the page as possible for optimal viewing comfort.
If you're going to put all that info up at the top, put the follow, gift sub, and subscribe buttons there as well. They look misplaced on their own row that is majority empty.AllonBachuth

No feature should be launched sitewide without the ability to opt out and moderate them. The fact that this is being done with a paid feature is so transparent and a bad look.
Let's say somebody gets an explicit emote auto-approved. If somebody were to use an explicit emote for the On-Screen Celebration, would the streamer get in trouble because it was forced upon them?
Furthermore, having actually sent a gigantified emote for 30 bits, it did not look any bigger than a normal emote in my chat in Firefox. I've turned off all extensions and tried again, but still nothing. I also couldn't see the highlighted message effect that somebody else did. So this whole feature is just broken as far as I can tell. What is it optimized for? What settings do I have to change if I wanted to actually use it?

AI art disincentivices clicks, insults a large portion of the userbase, and is a missed opportunity for Twitch to have something unique and distinct with brand recognition. Nevermind the part where it's trained on stolen assets and the energy requirements for generating it are boiling the oceans. Just utterly shameful to be even tangentially associated with it.
