    I already voted but I did want to add a suggestion. SInce I'm on turbo, I don't see ads, but people keep gifting me subs. It's a nice gesture, but I don't need it. I would like a feature to "pay forward" gift subs to people who don't have one already.

    I follow 4 channels, and the only one I have issues with are smaller channels that only broadcasts twice a wk, which means they're not entitled to transcoding options permanently on. It's not fair! How are these channels supposed to get more viewers when twitch throttles their video quality and makes the stream freeze up all the time?
    Come on, give the smaller channels a chance. Let them have more video options again.
