For starters, I don't like undeserved gifts. It's even worse when I get a gifted sub for channel that I decided to follow during a raid (I consider "following" a common courtesy) - I essentially get a sub in place of someone who might be a loyal viewer - I know that apparently there's a multitude of factors that decide who gets a freebie, but I don't think that giving those out randomly is the most optimal solution. You already excluded gifted subs from counting towards partnership eligibility. Do you want for people to stop gifting subs ? Because currently that's the sure way for people to stop buying them.

I fully support the "permanently opt-out of content warnings" feature.
To give the benefit of the doubt to Twitch... opting-out would remove one step from the process of children potentially accessing content they shouldn't be watching (because they might be using their parents account , who "opted-out") , but on the other hand , Twitch isn't and shouldn't be responsible for how people raise their own children.
