It would have been nice if Twitch opened the Pandora's box so to speak, effective on a specific date in the future. That way it would stay banned for now, until there is effective tooling to allow viewers to opt-in or opt-out of the now-unprohibited content. However I think the cat is out of the bag. Rolling it back would be a nightmare, for any creator that is participating in the newly allowed content and isn't adequately informed of the rollback.
Twitch working quickly to have filters available to remove Sexual Themes labelled content for logged in users, and having it automatically filtered out for non-logged in users is all we can reasonably ask for in my opinion.

It's already prohibited to do erotic dances for subs on Twitch. See community guidelines section on Sexual Content: https://safety.twitch.tv/s/article/Community-Guidelines?language=en_US#20SexualContent
"Soliciting money, services, or items of value (including subs and Bits) for posting content that requires the Sexual Themes label - for example, listing a price to point the camera at fully clothed ******"

I wouldn't mind if they're recommended under other clips as long as Twitch adds a feature to filter out Sexual Themes in general, AND you don't have that filter enabled. Just an alternative. But either way they should be labelled the same, agreed.

I believe drawing of children is already banned on Twitch, as per the community Guidelines in the Youth Safety section : https://safety.twitch.tv/s/article/Community-Guidelines?language=en_US#7YouthSafety
"For example, you may not show, promote, or engage in...Content depicting nudity of youth".Please correct me if I'm wrong. If I'm correct, you should theoretically be able to report them. Though that "nudity of youth" includes fictional/anime youth like "lolis".
With regards to filtering out any streams marked with a specific CCL such as Sexual Themes, I agree; things that were previously prohibited and had sexual themes are now allowed, and we have not been provided a way of filtering out that newly allowed content from browsing a category or recommended streams.

With the Sexual Themes content classification label in place, viewers should simply be able to filter those out. It would be nice to have a separate one for art, but realistically just having a site-wide filtering out of a content classification label such as Sexual Themes would be easiest to implement I feel, and the most beneficial.

Is momentary streaming of content that requires a label considered breaking ToS?
Twitch doesn't allow even momentary streaming of content that breaks ToS in general (label or not), such as ****, and can take action against you for it. Does that apply for content that requires a label? At worst they'd give a warning and forcefully apply the Sexual Themes label to your stream, but ideally momentary mistakes would maybe be allowed.
Interesting idea.
