    How can I turn off this (unnecessary) function? Unnecessarily consumes space/memory/resources of older smartphones and/or limited data volumes.
    The Twitch app is becoming less and less fun to use.
    Alternative apps are becoming more and more interesting and popular and also work on older smartphones...
