This is a great idea, I especially like the ability to mention stream teams in titles. Perhaps a special character such as `#` or `$` would be used to indicate it's not a user (and to not conflict with existing usernames)?
Smoothing out the ability to make stream teams would be huge, as well as opening them up to more people. Would aid some of the discoverability problems Twitch is currently facing.
A featured team icon (like the partner icon) could also prove beneficial. Either being added manually by Twitch, if the team manager is partnered, or if a member (or ratio of members) of the team is partnered.
