This really needs more attention. Not just ASMR, but any form of low-intensity streams in general. Too many times lately I've had to report a playback issue for ads being too loud compared to the stream's content.
The ad density is bad enough sometimes, but not having ad volume synced to the average or recent content volume for that channel makes for a truly horrible viewing experience all around.
Jarring at best, but actually painful and potentially deafening from the sudden high decibels at worst.
Do better.
