   I agree that rejecting a channel point reward should also reset the reward's cooldown state, allow the reward to be immediately available for use.

   In my opinion, adding this capability to Artist role makes more sense and gives more purpose to the role versus the Editor role, whom its responsibility, given what the role can do, is pretty vast.

   IMO, allowing a broadcaster to reset channel points for all who have viewed that channel would allow that broadcaster to set REASONABLE and ACHIEVABLE community challenge and reward cost. I'm all for allowing a broadcaster to customize their channel as they want; if a channel wants viewers to flex millions of points, cool, if a channel wants to reset monthly to lower costs and make things achievable, cool.
