Moments should stick around. Why? Because when you are apart of one say "Streamer does 1v4 for a Warzone Victory" or "Does a Personal Best in a speedrun/challenge" is amazing. You then as a viewer can brag that you were there when the streamer achieved a goal. That then gives a FOMO feeling to other people and it starts to show how much you watch the streamer.

You really should think about keeping and utilizing Moments. Why not get rid of the stupid "React" button? Are you sure that, you guys at Twitch HQ, looked at the stats for React and instead just said it was for Moments. All the channels that I follow, that had access to Moments, used all 5 in the month. You kind of owe the ones that love Moments a shot at keeping them. Just leave it in Beta and just let everyone access them. Cause again not everyone needs that stupid React button. In fact no one needs it, cause its not used!!! Moments was actually used by more than the "50% of streamers" and it definitively improved the metrics for "more than 1% of users".
Anyways you at Twitch need to do better at engaging the community and what we want!
