There is another submission regarding discord-like roles/permissions and that is what this should really be. Channels should be able to have a few roles.. Super Mod, Mod, VIP for example (the names don't really matter) that permissions can be assigned to.
Essentially anything in the streamer dashboard that doesn't reveal personal information should be able to be ticked on or off for a role, as well as any in-chat functions including all / commands and new functions like predictions. There are plenty of examples out there in the form of chatbots and discord that show not only how this could be implemented but the demand.
For larger channels this is long, long overdue. Its a bit nuts that channels large enough to actually employ moderators have no ability to let others manage these elements of their stream and channel without providing them their credentials.
