This would be really nice, and it would be nice to include this information in the eventsub events as well.
Some of my users like to have special alerts based on if a sub is prime or not.
They've also requested special chat commands that can be used by those who are contributing to Partner Plus.
Additionally my users would like a counter to show them how close they are to Partner Plus.
All of this is functionally impossible without having an always on IRC or PubSub connection to catch if a sub is prime or not. Even then I cannot start up such a service because I cannot make its initial state correct, new users would have to a wait a month for correct values.

Use Case:
In my app there is a Stream Planner which allows users to create multiple "segments" which can optionally change the title, tags, and category along with automation tools for starting each segment. This lets the streamer plan out the content they want to do ahead of time and easily transition with a single click to the next part of their planned stream.
The stream planner also has setup and tear-down automation tools for starting and ending stream. Part of this sending discord announcements, but without this change in Helix the stream planner cannot fully manage stream announcements.
As a result most don't modify their twitch notification. Please consider allowing the Go Live notification to be programmatically managed so planning and announcing a stream can be fully managed by tools.
