    We are probably talking to a wall but if anyone who works at twitch sees this please revert the update all the reasons have been mentioned already if you just use the app on any console or TV app you will see for yourself how bad it is the old version was so much better it seems like this was a cost cutting move that was deliberately intended to downgrade the existing app versions if so please reconsider

    I sincerely implore anybody who works at twitch and sees this to please make it a point to revert this update it's HORRIBLE I've used the app on console a lot over the years I'd say almost everyday to watch streams on my TV it's insanely bad now the interface is buggy slow unresponsive, uncomfortable and significantly worse to navigate than how it used to be everything
    has basically been downgraded and cheapened for some reason now the streams not only force you to use a qr code to chat on your phone which is the least of its problems now VODS don't even have chat in them anymore and when you are watching live with chat open the picture is put in a far smaller size then it was before leaving borders on the top and bottom popular clips recent clips tab for channels is also gone switching from one stream to another makes me want to close the app everything makes the experience so much worse I wouldn't be so upset if the last version wasn't as good but it was it was miles better whoever made this update should be ashamed of the garbage they put out I can't understand the reasoning behind making something significantly worse on purpose other than to cut cost which is embarrassing
