Ban the topless meta too.
I don't care if the streamer is actually wearing a wrap or body tape or whatever and keeping the camera framed mid-mammary. The intent is to have no visible clothing and appear naked.
If its against the rules to be naked then it must be against the rules to appear naked or have the illusion of being naked or the implication of being naked.
There must be visible clothing. End this exploitive rule-bending nonsense.Enough people have been banned from the stupid nudity update for people to be skirting the rules unpunished now.

The Attire rules should be amended to say that implied nudism is not allowed. The Streamer's clothing must be visible as well as cover female nipples and underbust.
It should be against the rules to present as naked even if nipples are out of frame, covered or not. If you are trying to look naked you should be banned.
