   Agree, this is so frustrating! Maybe have it if someone is trying to shoutout the same person multiple times within a certain timeframe. Also, the timeouts are way too long..sometimes a whole hour!

2. Shoutout (/Shoutout) should be more visible to the viewers! Give it a special color.
