Predictions are currently capped at 30 minutes and sometimes the prediction will close before the event that viewers are betting on has started. A mod might also accidentally set the time too short.
Once its closed new viewers might come in and won't be able to vote.
The only current way to resolve this is to delete the prediction (refunding the points) and start a new prediction. This might cause people who had already voted on an outcome to miss out, after they had already bet.
It will be good as a mod to be able to either extend the time of a running prediction or re-open predictions to betting once its finished, to allow new viewers to bet or people to add more points to the prediction.
