In addition to home/business ISPs going native IPv6 with legacy v4 over tunnel (as noted by the OP), some VPS providers are rolling out IPv6-only VMs with an extra charge for a legacy address. This trend will only increase as legacy addresses become more scarce and therefore more expensive. This means that users wanting to stand up a bot in a datacenter (rather than their home connection) will end up having to pay more. Discord users are already running into this.

The 10th anniversary of World IPv6 Launch is coming up on 2022-06-06. Will Twitch have it enabled by then?
Last week I submitted a ticket informing Twitch that I am unable to make any purchases (Turbo, subs, bits) per my long-standing policy of not giving vendors money who do not support IPv6 (http://blog.flyingpenguintech.org/2015/10/mission-possible.html)
Their response:
>After following up with our internal teams, it appears that we do not yet have a concrete projection for a roll-out of IPv6.
>I encourage you to still submit your feedback around this in our UserVoice forum.
If others have a similar purchasing policy, please reply here so Twitch gets an idea of what they are missing.
