An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment nivex commentedIn addition to home/business ISPs going native IPv6 with legacy v4 over tunnel (as noted by the OP), some VPS providers are rolling out IPv6-only VMs with an extra charge for a legacy address. This trend will only increase as legacy addresses become more scarce and therefore more expensive. This means that users wanting to stand up a bot in a datacenter (rather than their home connection) will end up having to pay more. Discord users are already running into this.

Last week I submitted a ticket informing Twitch that I am unable to make any purchases (Turbo, subs, bits) per my long-standing policy of not giving vendors money who do not support IPv6 (http://blog.flyingpenguintech.org/2015/10/mission-possible.html)
Their response:
>After following up with our internal teams, it appears that we do not yet have a concrete projection for a roll-out of IPv6.
>I encourage you to still submit your feedback around this in our UserVoice forum.
If others have a similar purchasing policy, please reply here so Twitch gets an idea of what they are missing.
