Even outside the obvious glaring issues with AI like its environmental impact and the slippery slope of this likely meaning every stream VOD will be fed into a generative AI model and possibly used by the model without the consent of the creator, this just seems like it'd be a really stupid idea???
Like, I don't get many clips when I stream, but I absolutely prefer that to thinking at the end of the stream "Welp time to wade through a deluge of AI clip slop to delete all the ones I don't want on my channel"

It is so incredibly tone deaf that y'all would do this after the massive pushback on the godawful cat emote.
The worst too is the previous images, which WERE done by artists, were INFINITELY BETTER than the garbage you've put in their place. What exactly was the point? Was it just to say you've "incorporated AI into your platform" to get a bunch of investors salivating because they're too dumb to recognize this garbage for the slop that it is? The new Art category banner looks like something a child trying to learn Photoshop for the first time made by mindlessly throwing some google images together with Arial font on top
Revert this change, or better yet, pay some artists to make category images worth looking at

I literally didn't see the email to opt out of this, and I absolutely hate this new cheering system
It lacks any sort of personality that cheering with Bits had, it's way too restrictive, it doesn't have alerts, hype trains are now basically discouraged, and it's just genuinely poorly implemented
Please end this test or get this off my channel, it is awful.
If streaming on your platform means you'll be stealing my likeness and my content for training data, then I won't be streaming on your platform, simple as.
Keep this garbage off Twitch.
