Every stream I do they appear and start harassing. Lately not only MoS, but other accounts with obscene names, trolls, and start attacking me and my chat.
The channels I'm a mod in we block around 15-20 troll accounts EVERY stream. This is something Twitch should be checking on, we feel like you don't care at all about creating a safe space for your content creators.

Though we have not yet added support for multiple language tags, we have added more than 350 new options that we think may help out with this particular ask.

Please don't remove the second to best Twitch feature (behind only by predictions imo) that *actually* helps you engage chat and yourself to go out of your comfort zone and make the Twitch experience as a viewer/streamer more fun.
