Just wanted to update this thread that we are doing an experiment right now with Stream Display Ads! These are less disruptive ads that allow viewers to see and hear Creators while being displayed. I’ve been watching twitch for nearly a decade and I’ve never been as annoyed by the sheer amount of full screen ads as I have in the last 24 hours.
You hit most of my complaints, here are two more
1)You can no longer swipe away the bottom bar and need to wait for it to time out.
2)The app seems to load the entire front page at once which is very slow, the app used to load things in batches so I could browse my live following list while other content was loaded.
