i test this out because im curious too after being on so long on twitch never brother me till yourpost just now
automod word filler by default is none , i think it up to the individual streamer to add in the words or let the mods handle the fillers you have to check with your friends about their own setting in the account setting , click on the 7th icon from the top to bottom icon , moderation then auto mod controls , you can even test this out in your own channel with another account , on computer , dunno about whether its possibly on mobile tho good luck

nah delay will still be invulnerable for spoilers cuz 1, mods wouldnt be able to tell it apart whether its a spoilers or not especially with a triple a lips seal game 2. individual chatters would babyrage with !!!! if discussion that include spoilers or foreseen spoilers or even a slightly hint of spoiler discussion even if it got delay like half hr down the road . 3 in an only emote mode the streamer only have to see emotes and not see what being discussion, that mean no text mean no spoiler, which mean didnt disturb the flow of the story pacing so people can enjoy the story experiencing tgt with streamer at the same time
the best place you can point someone who want to get spoil or have a spoiler discussion is reddit since its has threads topics, tags, and enter at your own risk thingy while as twitch has this community group chat WHEN you enter a channel by default
