Presently, you can stop redemptions either because of a cooldown or because of a redemption limit. I think an option can be provided that's a middle of the road solution to let the community still redeem points in spurts without overwhelming a streamer.
And that option would be "Redemption limit within timespan" That is, you can set a timespan, and also set a redemption limit, and that would allow you to control how many redemptions take place over the course of a stream!
For example, say you set a redemption to 5 redeems within 5 minutes, that means that, if within a 5 minute span, people redeem a reward 5 times, there will be 5 minutes until redemptions can start again.
It should be a rolling count too. So if, in the previous example, 3 redemptions happened back-to-back, and then 3 minutes later, 2 more redemptions happen, it should then hit its limit, but not for the full 5 minutes! That's because after 2 more minutes, the first 3 redemptions would expire, and now there will be 3 redemptions remaining in the rolling timespan for more redemptions to take place!

bump! In my case I want to build a raffle extension that pops a button up on the screen to enter a giveaway. It's super easy with the video overlay since i can program it to display on a given condition. That's not so easy with the mobile view, which would even more so benefit from not having to type anything.
