    We apply IP bans in Chat based on users' Moderation actions in certain cases. We don't currently plan to publicize the logic we use because we think it would make it easier for bad actors to bypass the restriction.

    This is a huge issue for mobile users. My device doesn't support 60 hz. So whenever a broadcaster sets their source quality to 60 fps it has all sorts of issues. But changing the quality ALSO decreases the bitrate. I have excellent internet, but my screen can't take it whatsoever. Would like bitrate and quality be separated in the quality options. The old system should still exist for users who don't understand bitrate and quality but this should be slated as advanced.
