    If you use BetterTTV you can enable "Anon chat" which logs you out of chat(you can still see chat msgs btw :P).

    So here's my idea, after maybe 12 months without logging into the account an email gets sent to that user asking them if they want to keep the account or if you can delete it, if they don't reply at all after a month(?) you delete it anyways.

    We apply IP bans in Chat based on users' Moderation actions in certain cases. We don't currently plan to publicize the logic we use because we think it would make it easier for bad actors to bypass the restriction.
