In case I didnt leave a comment on this one: It is not hard to simply not include vague language in your rules/tos. Simply put, dont do it. Queer rights are human rights and that is not a nuetral standpoint, this much is obvious. My lived experienced are not neutral. You do not get to both sides this and act like there is nothing wrong with labeling people for simply existing and thereby allowing you to fo whatever you want after they are labeled, such as more easily deprioritize them on your platform. You have no more good will from this and other communities so do not expect people to just act like what youre doing is ok. None of you corpos understand a thing about what it means to treat human beings with respect.

The language in question that was updated in the specified clause does not in any way, shape or form protect marginalized groups from being witch hunted, or abused. It is vague so that your corporation can continue persecuting people under the guise of labeling them as political when you see fit. "Life experience" entirely depends on how you define it and going by your track record of how you've handled things like this in the past, you are unfit to be any judge on what constitutes life experience or politics, which by the way, my life is literally made political whether I like it or not. People out there want to take my rights away and that is inherently political as is my want to live as freely as i am without entities such as yourself deeming me not advertiser friendly. Adding this clause is political itself. Its laughable that you will take money from queer creators, implement changes you somehow think are good and then in the end think you've done right by my and others communities. REMOVE THE CLAUSE FOR SENSITIVE SOCIAL ISSUES THAT YOUVE ADDED.

Hi, thanks for flagging this and sharing your suggestion.
We share and understand your concerns about how the intentional, repeated misuse of tags can undermine the purpose of the tags product itself. Tags are an important discoverability feature for communities, and a powerful way for all Creators—but especially those that are underrepresented—to express their personal identity and creative vision for their content.
We also do not feel Twitch should be the judge of Creators’ personal or creative identity, so we typically only enforce against the misuse of tags when it is associated with other behavior that violates our Community Guidelines such as hateful conduct or harassment.
That said, as the VTuber community’s experience demonstrates, there are limitations to this approach and we are actively investigating additional steps we can take to protect and improve the integrity of the tags feature at scale, without infringing on good faith Creators’ personal choice…

I do not respect twitch openly using AI generated slop instead of utilizing art from various creators that are already present in this community .
