How is forcing creators to other platforms a good business move? Hosting content is costly?? If only Twitch was owned by a company with such income...
100 hours is nothing and on the page about highlights it literally said to use it to highlight streams you don't want to lose! That was the point of it! Also forcing creators to crunch to backup their videos is cruel. Two months is NOT enough notice. The "<.5%" of streamers who are over this arbitrary limit are people who LOVE twitch and have been using it for years, if not a decade!
This is really a kick in the teeth and shows how little respect you have for the creators who make twitch what it is. I either have to sit at my computer all day for weeks to backup all my content, or let Twitch contribute to the lost media void. It's frustrating and unnecessary.

It is SO easy to not use genai especially when you're OWNED. BY. AMAZON. AND HAVE MONEY!!!! Even if you were broke, which you AREN'T, you have CREATIVES ON THE PLATFORM! What's wrong with you?
