So long as the emotes fall within a well defined set of rules or standards they can do no harm, especially considering the original inspiration was a PG rated kids movie. Nothing is explicitly shown in these emotes outside of the "cartoonish" anatomyless design which does not harm and falls well within the limits or what is allowed to be showed in PG rated media.
This is a very expressive and versatile emote that could be used in any community to show a wide range of reactions. On top of the fact that this commemorates an incredilbly wholesome community who were the first to reach the level cap of the hype train twice in a row and exceeded the level percentage.
