   Streamers with ~100 or more viewers could benefit from having a custom, lower moderator tier. Some kind of "junior moderator" that can do polls, predictions, announcements, and pinned messages but not timeout/ban. That way the streamer doesn't have to worry about giving out full moderator power just for the fun social commands.
