    Hi all!

    Could you please answer a few questions:

    1. What was the language you chose when you created your account?
    2. Have you changed your preferred language at all since then or recently?
    3. Is this the first time you’ve received an email in your non-preferred language, or has it always been sending emails in Russian?
    4. To be clear, if you click on your profile picture, and under “Language”, you have “English” chosen, but are receiving Russian emails?

    So sorry that this was closed in the past. Not entirely sure why we closed this in 2019, but I am opening it back up for you guys to vote and comment on while we investigate adding this to the site.

    We are 40+ million nation, our topic have 16 thousands of voices, it exist for more than 4 years, but you keep ignore it after all. There is nothing more we can do to make it more obvious. You need to see it, answer it and start working on it, already. Speak with your users and Ukrainian community. Another topic have almost 2k voices, but you.. ignoring it?

    Twitch notice and resolving issues after ~10 voices, here is 16 thousands already

    You let ruzzian terrorists fans streaming on your platform, making fun of deathes, genocide, destroying cities, but can't add Ukrainian language? You can even make it free, some Ukrainian's folks will do it just for free, solve this already, show us that you understand what is going on in the world, twitch
