Well you already send multiple tracks to Twitch. At least you can choose a special track for "vods". Now just need that they also send this as two tracks to the viewer and the viewer can choose which track they want to hear. If they choose track two on my stream they hear the same as what they would hear in the vods (and that's the track with no music.. but the streamer could also choose to at gameplay or something). And track 1 has all the audio.

I would also like the set/unset the featured flag.
Some background information:
Searching for clips on Twitch is a hassle. Especially if you have hundreds of clips. A friend of mine make a site where we can sync our clips. And have a very nice way to search and filter for certain clips. It makes it waaaayy easier to find old clips and such. So I am using that site/tool mostly for searching and sharing clips. The only thing I’m missing is that I can feature a clip from the tool. But he said he can’t create that option because there is no API for that.
so your idea would also help for our use case.
