    Thanks for the suggestion. At this time, Ads are not supported in Watch Parties. We will let you know if this is added to our roadmap

    An idea is that the video will pause and then the non prime users will be delayed on watching the rest based on how long the ad is. They will end up behind everyone else as another incentive to get prime video.
