    I live in Belgium and Language is set to English but i get FRENCH dubbed ads.
    just because i am located in Belgium doesn't mean i speak or understand French..

    Only like 40% actually speaks French in Belgium, the majority speaks Dutch so why am i getting French dubbed ads?
