To be honest at a time, i was considering a similar thought, i mean, being a follower, would be cool if we could publish our own emotes, still there's a reason why it's made exclusive for streamers.
30 days is more than enough, based on their parameters.

I forgot to mention, this emote "swapped exchange cycle" should only happen:
-At a random time or alternative chat published
-Interaction of emotes should be made in between 2 to 4 users at most.redautumnfalls

On @FieryAshes queue, and i don't know how the sub badges work on its upgrades, definitely what it is, it only ranks up, there could be a universal twitch sub badge or a specific stream..
There's quite a lot on this topic alone, it depends on the streamers what they make available and twitch on its self.
