    I can confirm. The sidebar scrolling resets when moving the cursor out of this region after waiting for some channel's tooltip to appear (holding the mouse over some channel in the list). This bug causes unwanted browsing. You click on some channel, but the scroll resets and you end up clicking on another channel.
