On 2/2, we will turn off Chants.
While this feature was popular, we observed negative impacts to minutes watched for significant groups of creators.

Add the /chant command to all channels. I've found great success with viewer engagement using this command, as well as a marked increase in ease of access among viewers with difficulties typing quickly on a traditional input device.

I would add that these notifications are annoying and invasive even when I'm not watching a stream. If I'm not watching something on Twitch, it's because I don't want to, and your ads are not going to make me want to.
