2016 to 2023 and still nothing from Twitch... So tired of mega organizations just ignoring our existence..
Both Vancouver and Toronto would be PRIME locations for TwitchCon... (see what I did there?) and already have other types of conventions that get massive traffic, so the proof is already there.. Time to step up Twitch, be inclusive, and add Canada to the list of active TwitchCon venues.

Hello TheDementedRaven,
I think what you are doing is vital and important, especially as a disabled person myself. However that said, I have ZERO faith in Twitch to do anything that doesn't make them look good for PR or make them money. With disabled persons usually having a much higher cost of living and lower spending cash for non essentials, I highly think that Twitch will disregard this until they are in dire need of a good PR stunt, until then, we just aren't profitable enough to give a **** about. Either that or one of their top 1%ers for earning as a partner would have to make ALOT of noise and bully twitch into doing something good.
I hope I am wrong and just jaded about twitch from past, but maybe, just maybe something good will happen, regardless I respect and appreciate you, and your efforts <3

The problem with this solution is that twitch does not acknowledge us when we possess the legal rights to play the music online. I actually hold a license with socan for that very purpose, and twitch ignores it, so giving twitch a way to charge more for something they cannot adhere to, would sadly be flawed, I dropped a solution in the DMCA section that might actually assist in rectifying the issue.

GreetingsFromSpace, I apologize if the whole implication is that it is a cakewalk for partners, I know alot of them have been royally screwed as of late too, unfortunately I can't speak to that with first hand knowledge, I can only speak to the treatment of Affiliates, but you are right overall viewership took a huge nose dive.
