If you click the Bits icon, or start typing "cheer#" it comes up with "You have X available bits, you have X bits until the next badge." Unless you're over 100,000 bits cheered, it's a matter of simple math to determine how many you've cheered.

We would definitely like to give Mods a way to communicate with each other more easily, and are starting to explore implementation options.

With this, however, Twitch would need to make a serious fail-safe for users who have misplaced their device with the 2FA features, or their backup codes.
I recently had a big panic when I got a new phone but didn't think about disabling 2FA on Discord before getting the new one. Thankfully I was able to locate a picture I took on the phone that happened to be backed up with my Google account. The problem here was that there was NO other way to authorize yourself.
So Twitch would need a secondary email way with security questions, or text-to-phone feature or something. It's a really solid idea that I fully support, but I would hate to see it enabled without some extra fail-safe.

This would be 'unfair' to those who pay for subscriptions with money, because you can get bits for free by watching ads.
Twitch gets no money when you subscribe through Patreon. Unless this was modified, there is no reason Twitch should do it. Patreon also lets you subscribe for as little as $2, and so only certain packages on Patreon would even be considerable to have special badges.
