An error occurred while saving the comment TheProudOwl commentedMaking pronouns native to Twitch is imperative at this point. Virtually everyone uses pronouns, it helps normalize the process of disclosing pronouns instead of just putting that burden onto trans/gender diverse individuals. You could make this an opt-in or opt-out scenario as well for the people who just don't want to add pronouns. Numerous major companies are doing this already: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and now Twitter. Time to do it, Twitch! I know Alejo.io is already willing to work with you to help make it native!

Creating a Trans Alliance and Moderation Camp are great avenues to uplift and support the trans community and the intersectionality that lies within it. For a Trans Moderation Camp, having a group of Trans content creators get to speak on the unique experience of moderating our spaces is indispensable for our communities, both as streamers and viewers.
A Trans Alliance would bridge a major equity gap between cis content creators and trans content creators.
